I can help to gently guide you back to one's self both one-on-one & in a group setting. Giving you practical tools & exercises to reignite your passions & self love. When we’re done you’re sure to feel reconnected to your body & new zest for living a full juicy & embodied life.
Moon Circles
Are you wanting to harness the energetic influence of the moon? Do you feel a bit like a lunatic at times?
I can assist you during these moon phases in a dynamic way, both in-person & virtuall. Helping you tap into the luminous lunar energy through ceremony & meditation. Becoming more strongly aligned in your connection with the moon, her magnificence, brilliance & influence in your life.
Moon circles are sacred gatherings that honor the phases in the lunar cycles, typically the full & new moon . Many cultures used the moon 's divine feminine energy to receive higher wisdom.
